+ Can I customize an Eighteen Feathers gift box?

Custom orders are my specialty! Fill out the form on my contact me page and I will get in touch with you so we can work together to create a personal and customized gift.

+ Where do you deliver & what is your delivery fee?

I deliver in the south Florida area, within a 20-mile radius of Ft Lauderdale.

Delivery fee for this is $10 or free pick up can be arranged from Ft. Lauderdale. Delivery outside the 20-mile radius is available. Please contact me for pricing.

Shipped boxes are a flat fee of $20

+What happens if the recipient is not available for local delivery?

If the recipient is unavailable to receive delivery, their gift box will be left at the delivery location. I will contact you and let you know where the gift was left so you can let the recipient know.

+ When will my order ship?

Orders take about 2 days to process. Shipped boxes will take 2-5days via UPS.

+ What days of the week are local gift boxes delivered?

I deliver 7 days a week from 10am - 6pm.

+ Can I request a specific delivery date and time?

I am happy to work with you to make sure your gift is received within a certain window on your desired date.

+ Can my shipped gift come with fresh flowers?

Unfortunately, at this time fresh flowers cannot be shipped. These gift boxes will come with either an air plant or some type of fragrant dried flowers and be just as beautiful.

+ Can I request specific flowers?

Flowers are chosen based on what are most beautiful and fresh according to the season, so for that reason it limits their customization.

+ What is your return policy?

I take pride in my presentation and quality of my gifts and am dedicated to making sure you and your recipient are 100% satisfied. If for any reason either of you are not 100% pleased, contact me and I will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
